Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Evrenna, Belgium, for your use of Flipudoku. By using the game, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Flipudoku.

1. The service

Flipudoku provides classic Sudoku and a variant with hidden starting digits, plus daily puzzles, achievements and challenges. Features, puzzles and availability may change. We may correct errors, maintain, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service.

2. Eligibility and children

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can enter this agreement independently where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept it for you. Flipudoku is not directed to children under 13.

3. Licence and acceptable use

Evrenna grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Flipudoku for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not disrupt or overload the service, bypass security or game restrictions, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or copy, sell or republish protected content without permission.

4. Local progress

Progress is generally stored on your device. Clearing browser/app data, uninstalling, changing devices or a technical failure can remove it. We do not promise that progress can be recovered, so do not rely on it as permanent storage.

5. Advertising and third parties

The mobile app may display banner or optional rewarded advertising. External links and sharing services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their services to the extent allowed by law.

6. Intellectual property

Flipudoku's software, puzzles and puzzle collection, branding, visual design, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Evrenna and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve Flipudoku without payment or obligation, but you retain ownership of your feedback.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipudoku is supplied “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evrenna is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of local game progress, arising from use or unavailability of Flipudoku. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

9. Changes, termination and law

We may update these Terms and will change the date above; material changes receive additional notice where required. You may stop using Flipudoku at any time. We may restrict use for serious misuse or legal necessity. Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
